Ordered an xxl hoodie and T shirt to support Killer Kustoms. What I got was marked as an xxl, but you’d be lucky to get a 12 year old kid into it. Messaged JF and what I got back was “ we build cars, not shirts so I can only forward your complaint to the company”. Piss poor service. Your merch, your problem. Won’t support this bs in the future. If you can’t take care of the people that try to support YOUR business through merchandise purchases, then you should stick to building cars and not selling merchandise then. Sending a generic ‘ well I let the company know, so I did my part’ response is pathetic. Sent follow-up emails and get crickets. Keep your money people, you’re rolling dice for what you’re actually going to receive.🤷♂️
